Returns and Refunds Policy

At Feigels Kosher Delicatessen, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality products, with most products without preservatives. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific returns and refunds policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

  1. Returns
  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or spoiled upon purchase, provided they are returned within 2 days of purchase along with the original receipt or till slip.
  • Because our products are made fresh and require refrigeration or freezing, items that have not been stored properly after purchase will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once a product has been opened or consumed in part, it cannot be returned unless a quality issue is identified.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed for defective or unsatisfactory items returned in their original condition within 2 days of purchase.
  • Perishable goods that show signs of improper storage after purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  1. Exchange
